Enjoy an amazing view experience (including stunning sunsets, sunrises, city lights, San Francisco peaks, Mingus Mountain & a slither of Watson Lake when full) from the many windows. Our Boho modern decor & well-lit studio is 3.1 miles from Prescott's d/town. We are located in the hills dotted w/ custom homes. We provide a comfortable, well-equipped stay w/ everything you need in the open floor plan. Enjoy a good night sleep w/ the help of Black-out curtains, a comfy King bed, feather duvet, Air Conditioning & quiet neighbors.

Looking for VIEWS? Welcome to our well-lit modern open plan studio, where you have all the amenities in the comfortable well-designed space. Our place is all on one level with no step access to the front double French doors, and the patio. We have a kitchenette with bar sink, stainless air fryer/convection oven, toaster, microwave, 2 burner electric stove, fridge/freezer, hot water kettle, and 3 coffee making options for our coffee connoisseurs. BBQ on balcony for cooking. There’s a cute rustic indoor dining table for two. Relax indoors while still enjoying the outdoors as the space has many windows letting in the light and amazing views. Cozy up to the gas fireplace on the chilly days and evenings. The comfortable king bed with feather comforter is positioned for you to enjoy the fire and the sunsets. If you're fortunate to be an early riser you will love the morning sky. The studio is positioned to enjoy both sunsets and sunrises. Behind the barn door is the step free European shower room with rain shower, Bluetooth speaker, toilet, and grab bar. Adjacent to the shower is a separate vanity and sink. Step out to your patio to BBQ or relax on the lounger. There is an outdoor dining table on the property for you to use if you feel like eating outside. It's not in your designated area though. Come enjoy and have fun in Prescott.

***We allow for 2 domestic pets. We charge a $40 per night per animal fee. Please let us know ahead of time if you're going to be bringing any pets. Please note that our property in not fenced.

Didn’t realize this place was IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD‼Not a cabin. Kitchen was extremely small and felt like being in my RV. The best feature was that it was pet friendly. The unit was clean. NO TV. KUDOS to whomever decorated. Nice to have close parking.

Regarding your other observations, I usually like to be open to people’s opinions of our place. But, it does get frustrating when they are based on someone choosing the wrong place and inaccurate comments. With this review I'm bothered by your misleading review and regret that you picked the wrong place for your stay. Our description and photos are current and accurate. We state “We are located in the hills dotted w/ custom homes” which is accurate. We don’t claim to be a cabin anywhere in our description, and clearly our photos show we’re not a cabin. The kitchen is small and described and shown as such in the photos. I don’t know what to say about the TV. The 53” TV is right there in the Casita with a Sonos sound bar and impossible to miss as it’s quite the focal point after the views. Unfortunately the 3 star review has given us a significant ding and it doesn’t reflect what we offer 😔

We stay in Prescott often and this is absolutely a new favorite! Adorable little studio space with beautiful views! Very clean and very comfortable bed. Perfect patio with multiple spots on the property to go sit and hang out! Beautiful quiet neighborhood for fun walks. Favorite part was sitting in bed or on the patio with coffee and watching the sunrise.

I’m happy to say this review is clearly not consistent with our many other reviews and more of a reflection of how they treated our place. I’m not going to go into detail of how they left our place or try to damage someone’s reputation as these guest had no problem attempting to doing. All I can say is; We clean our place to the highest standards possible. We have a gas stove and a mini split heater/air conditioner options for you. There is truth that the shower lost hot water. However, the shower has now been serviced and is back to supporting a very hot shower. Please feel free to reach out to us personally if you have any questions or concerns.

A Little Slice of Heaven

What an awesome little casita! The decor is super cute, and the views are absolutely beautiful. I got to meet both owners and they were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better. It’s also tough to find truly dog-friendly places, but this one nailed it. Highly recommend—and I’d definitely stay here again!

Eagles Nest is Right!

My wife and I had a great time at the Eagles Nest…and it really lives up to its name with a view all the way to Humphrey’s Peak in Flagstaff. Gillian and Kelly were wonderful, stopping in to say hi when we got there and checking to make sure we had what we needed. We especially enjoyed our morning coffe on the front patio. We would definitely stay again!
