This is a wonderful vacation rental. My husband and I shared the space with another couple. It was conveniently located close to Indian Shores Beach. We also went to baseball game at Tropicana Field and found the location from the rental property to be an easy drive. I was having trouble pulling up the check in information on my phone but a simple call to Shannon solved everything! Everything was clean and tidy and we appreciated the fully stocked kitchen with all the dinnerware and utensils to meet our needs. We loved the Keurig coffee pot. Bring some K-Cups to enjoy the Keurig machine. We also used the lovely pool situated right near the condo. The only downside was the restrooms aren’t open at the pool on the weekend or after business hours on the weekdays. We love taking weekend trips to the Gulf Coast Beaches and look forward to rent here again in the future!

Once we got settled, we did enjoy our stay at the condo. The condo was clean. It was nice that we were provided dish soap, hand soap, as well as laundry soap and dishwasher tablets.

The condo is located in a quiet neighborhood, about 10 minutes from the beach. It is very comfortable. We loved the screened porch. The place could be better equipped, especially for longer term guests, ie towels and linens, baking pans, larger serving bowl, pizza cutter etc. it was nice to have the Keurig for single cups. The owner was very responsive when we had questions.

We did a last minute booking and the place worked out for us. Appreciated The dish soap, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, hand soaps garbage bags, and coffee pods. The beds in both bedrooms were very uncomfortable.. Very soft and mushy. Look old and Needs replacement. Woke up with back ache every night.

Host was great at communication. The place was well equiped with the essentials. Check in/out was easy. Location is great and in a nice quiet community. We have an infant so the pack and play and high chair were a great bonus to our stay. Highly recommend!

Easy access to alot of things nearby. They jad a great book of break down of everything. The area was peaceful good neighborhood. I would definitely rebook again. it was great price as well.

Girls Trip

My mom, two sisters and I had a long weekend visit to see family nearby. It was wonderful having the screened in porch, the pool right outside the door and a washer and dryer available. The condo is stocked yet somewhat limited if you have a larger group. Close to beaches and shops yet right outside of the touristy area. It felt very clean and welcoming and we felt very comfortable staying there. We would definitely stay there again!

We couldn’t be more thankful for the great hospitality Shannon provided with her beautiful place. Everything was so convenient, it had all the appliances, took advantage of the pool, shopping centers near by, the beach. Any questions we had, she would answer right away. Check in and check out was so smooth. Again thank you, can’t wait to come back.

Nice spring break stay

My friend and I enjoyed our stay. The community is nice and quiet. Several days, we were the only people at the pool. We loved that there were beach chairs provided. The unit itself is nice—not completely updated, but very functional. Host was wonderful—excellent communication. You will definitely need a car if staying here, with many restaurants and beaches within 15 minutes, but nothing witjin walking distance.
