The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Strip sheets from all beds at checkout and place next to the washing machine. Garbage days are Tuesday and Friday. Place dumpster next to curb.
Quiet hours for the neighborhood are at 10 pm-6 am. Please be respectful. Owner may enter premises to protect property should issues arise.
Extra charge to heat the pool from November 1 to April 1. The charge is $110 per week of stay. Use is at own risk. No lifeguards at community pool

Samantha was wonderful. I messaged her about the pool heat not working, and she was there within 20 minutes to look at it. She ended up refunding us the money for the pool heat because it was broke. She was a great communicator and the house was amazing. I highly recommend renting this house.

Great Home, Great Location

The home is well maintained and well stocked, with a nice outdoor area. It was too cold to use the pool, but would be perfect for anyone visiting in warmer months. The home is in a nice subdivision at the foothills of the Superstition Mountains with plenty of areas to walk and great access to hiking (within walking distance or an easy drive). Plus there is a shopping center with a grocery store in close proximity (about a mile). Perfect getaway for family and friends.

Tranquil back yard

Big living room. Loved the pool. The back yard onto the wash was like a park, providing privacy and longer views. The kitchen was well stocked. Gold Canyon may not have a lot of restaurants but is a beautiful clean community; if you like a good walk or hike you have so many choices nearby. Communication with our host was timely and open. We really enjoyed our stay and are planning to return next year. (golf was good too)

This property and neighborhood were outstanding for us to escape the frigid north for a month!

The property itself was great. The outdoor grill and southern facing pool area were relaxing - perfect for Feb-Mar 2023. The neighborhood has walking trails that accommodated leisurely and more aggressive hikes. Neighbors were all friendly and there were quant local eateries with live music we enjoyed. Samantha was the best host! She was responsive and had the place well stocked with pans, utensils, dishes, condiments, etc. We will recommend to friends, family and definitely come back the next time we plan an escape to AZ.

Wonderful!!

Had a few glitches when we got to the house. But Samatha answered her phone right away. Cause it was quite late when we arrived. And was able to help us immediately. Location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. The heated pool was so awesome. Thanks again for turning the heater on for us. Would stay here again for sure.
