Beautiful lovingly renovated suite in the heart of Caldaro.
The suite is located on the first floor of a historic building. Only 50mt from the village square you can experience the Kalterer village life up close.
The lovingly restored old building has by the way also Wlan and climate.
The suite is very spacious with its 60sqm and can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests.
We offer free parking in the 50mt parking garage.

Wohlfühlen in Kaltern

Das Apartment in der Goldgasse hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen!!! Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und gepflegt, die Lage imOrt perfekt für abendliche Restaurant Besuche und als Start für Ausflüge in die Natur!! Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, so das wir uns gleich wohlgefühlt haben. Trotz ortslage war es nachts ruhig. Auch die Betten waren sehr angenehm, in der kleinen Küche fanden wir alles um uns auch selbst zu versorgen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub!

Herrliche Wohnung in Toplage

Das Haus ist komplett saniert, wir hatten die Wohnung im dritten Stock samt Dachterrasse und waren komplett begeistert. Super ausgestattet, stilvoll eingerichtet, die Terrasse ist natürlich auch klasse. Dazu hervorragende Location und nicht zuletzt sehr freundliche Kommunikation mit Stefan. Die Ferienwohnung ist ihren Preis definitiv wert und wir kommen gerne wieder.
