Welcome to The Pines of Apple Valley!

NEW FOR 2023, CHRISTMAS LIGHTS AT THE PINES OF APPLE VALLEY!
Stay with us and enjoy our Christmas Majic from November 15th - January 2nd.

Apple Valley Guest Passes: Available to our guests for $50 flat fee per stay. The pass gives our guests use of the Apple Valley Pools, the Bennett Pond, three Beaches and Parks.

We are the perfect place to enjoy nature. With 31 cabins, we are ideal for Golf Outings, Weddings, Family Reunions, Family Adventure Weekend, or just getting away from home for a weekend.

Each cabin sleeps up to Six Guests. Three bedrooms with: King Size Bed, King Size Bed, and Two Twin Extra Long Beds.

Each cabin has;
* Three bedrooms,
* Two full bathrooms,
* A fully equipped kitchen,
* Living room with 50" large screen flat panel smart TV,
* 300mb, high speed WiFi Internet,
* Private deck.
- Pets are allowed if crated. $35 per night, per pet. Maximum two pets per unit. Pets are NOT allowed on Couches, Chairs or Beds.

- Absolutely NO Smoking of anything inside the units. Smoking outside is fine, please leave butts in outside grills.

We are next to the very popular and well reviewed, Apple Valley Golf Course.

Apple Valley Golf Course has a great restaurant, open for Breakfast and Lunch during season.

The Apple Valley Golf Course Clubhouse also has a 100 person Meeting Room/ Party Center, that makes this a great place for Weddings, Company Parties, Family Reunions, or Business Retreats. Call them directly for more information. Guests can walk back and forth from our property! Perfect for on site wedding groups and golfers.

Great family option near Kenyon College

Spacious and well kept multi-bedroom condo in a nice residential area near a golf course. Short drive through back roads to Kenyon/Gambier. Perfect for families visiting their college kids, but would also be great for a crew of golfers.

This condo was just what we needed for a weekend on Apple Valley lake! The host was gracious and returned a pair of earrings by sister-in-law left on accident. Would stay again!

Beautiful area!

The cabin was very clean and roomy for our family. The dogs were also able to be very comfortable and loved going on quiet walks in the neighborhood and woods. The hosts were very accommodating and even let our family check in 1 hour early. Thank you so much for that again! I would definitely stay here again.

Nice fall getaway

We had a very good time. We came during the last week in October and the weather was beautiful! We really appreciated the easy check-in with the door lock code being emailed to us. All of the appliances were nice and clean. My Mom enjoyed the cable TV so she could keep up with her shows. My husband and I enjoyed the comfy furniture and beds! Just like being at home! We decided to stay here on a visit to see my elderly mother, who lives in Ohio, and needed a single story unit during our visit. This unit fit the bill. Overall, we had a great stay and we would stay here again. Thank you!!

There was some dust/ dirt, under the chair in the corner of the living room, that the cleaning crew missed. Other than that, it was perfect! The rooms were larger than I thought, very nice laid out cabin. We would love to stay here again when it's not raining the whole time!
