For shared use: beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool kidney-shaped (depth 140 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Shower/WC in the pool area, children's pool, tennis. In the house: lift. Public parking on the road. Supermarket 500 m, shopping centre 2 km, restaurant, bar 100 m, bakery 500 m, café, pedestrian zone, pub garden 100 m, bus stop "Boulevard San Pedro" 1.1 km, sandy beach 100 m. Badrummet är i behov av renovering. Likaså är soffa och stolar i svart skinn slitna. Lägenheten har en bra planlösning, fin trappa och välstädad. Trädgården trevlig.

Perfectly situated flat in a quiet surrounding

80 squaremeter of functionality, cosiness and home feeling. And fully equipped with excellent beds. Placed in the genuine little town of San Pedro de Alcantara. You live within walking distance from a number of restaurants, Puerto Banus in the heartland of at least 10 superb golf courses. Those you have within 10 km just as is the case with Marbella. Huge pool in the communidad and just around 200 meters from the lovely side walk by the sea. Highly recommended.
