The villa "Rosemarie" is located on the beautiful coastline of the Costa Blanca - circa. 45 minutes south of Alicante-Elche airport near Torrevieja.

The villa has 3 bedrooms (each with TV), two bedrooms with a private master bathroom and another guest bedroom with a separate bathroom. Each bathroom has a shower and hot water connections.

In the living room is located next to several seats a 55 "LED flat screen TV and a stereo.

The TV sets offer you all common German television programs. Here you do not miss anything.

Our well-equipped kitchen (including fridge with freezer, dishwasher, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery and utensils) lacks nothing.

Bed linen and towels are available at the property and are considered as included in the price.

The entire villa is equipped with an air-conditioning system, ie whether cool in summer or heat in winter is easily possible.

Due to the wide access road, the parking possibilities are unlimited. On the property of the villa can also park a car at any time.

In about 5 minutes walk you can reach a supermarket with a large selection. (Mercadona) Next you will find in the vicinity a Lidl and ALDI.

For a small extra charge you can rent a 50cc scooter.





In the summer months, the villa offers everything you imagine for an optimal holiday. The fully tiled outdoor area including the large pool (about 10x5 meters) prepares you unlimited bathing fun. Even in the cooler months, there is the possibility to heat the pool as needed.

With our free-standing barbecue, you can end pleasantly warm summer evenings. In the area of the grill, there are various seating options and here also a satellite connection to watch television in freedom.

The design of the outdoor area ensures a pleasant privacy in the outdoor area of the villa "Rosemarie".

The villa is located in the urbanization San Luis. Only a few minutes away by car, you can reach the numerous beaches of this region.

Likewise, the magnificent Spanish port of Torrevieja is just a few minutes drive from your resort. For holiday guests a "must", because next to a night market and the marina there is a fun fair for children throughout the summer.

If you want to go for a stroll under Spain's shining starry skies, there are two shopping malls (Habaneras & La Zenia Boulevard). In addition, the port city offers many cultural and sports activities.

In the cooler months, the Costa Blanca is also famous for its golfing activities, and there are numerous golf courses in the Torrevieja area.
