It was a nice close house to stay for my daughters wedding in Julian .
This tiny house is clean and cozy! My husband and 2 stayed one night with 1 dog to get away from the fireworks on NYE. I have no complaints! I would stay again.

Never got a code to get in. Never got to stay.have to find other location to stay for the wedding
As the description suggests, this is a tiny little house. Kitchen is good for pre-made food brought in to store and eat. Bed is comfy and the place had everything we needed for a couple of nights in Julian.

No Photo in online preview that showed there were stairs to climb to enter the cabin. 1 guest handicapped
Day before Check In NO EMAIL RECEIVED with Code to enter cabin. Took 45 minutes to 1 hours to get info from Expedia. Sent message to Manager- NO RESPONSE
Address given was a private residence, not where was on a different street.
Open front door and nasty Smell of heavy chemical cleaning agents and faint sewage smell.
Entire cabin permeated with chemical smell even with all the windows and front door open the entire stay..
Bathroom smelled like you were in a Porta Potty
Weird toilet arrangement with pipes and noise
No bedroom window, a room box with no circulation
No kitchen window to aid circulation in smelly cabin
It was 12 minutes to the Village by car.
If you had a helicopter, it was 4 minutes to the Village
Overall, the cabin was disgusting with NO escape from awful chemicals smells. Guests sinuses congested and dripped entire stay.
NOT the birthday getaway I anticipated.
It took 2 days after visit to recover from the nasty chemicals in my sinuses..
This property was clean and well equipped. We arrived at night so finding the unit was a challenge luckily we had headlamps. I would suggest updating the instructions for the unit to directly in front of the guest parking spot behind the shed you see. We’ll be back to visit in the future.
The house is tiny but comfortable, clean and worked well for our overnight stay. We had 2 adults and a child. Great location close to Julian town center! Would definitely stay here again!

Great Place, close to the village, highly recommended..
We got this place for my mother-in-law to stay when we were getting married and staying at a different air B&B in Julian with our wedding party. We wanted her to have a nice quiet place to stay since we knew the rest of us would be up and loud. This place was perfect and she loved it. Very cute & quiet, just as we needed for her. There is a little kitchenette so she could make herself breakfast before coming to the festivities at our place. We arrived about 15 mins before our check in time, but the owners let us give in early.
They went above and beyond for us to be able to get this place for my mother-in-law and I really appreciate it since we were a little on panic mode before the wedding.
Thank you for such a great stay for her. We liked it to that we may book this place in the future for us.
This tiny home was perfect for our Julian stay. It’s listed for up to 3 people but I think it would have been tight if our 20 year old daughter had come with us. The location is quiet. On a clear night, there are so many stars in the sky. Samantha was very prompt at answering my questions. The home could use more storage for clothes, perhaps some hooks for clothes in the bedroom. Also either bottled water or a fillable Brita pitcher in the fridge for water would be nice. We drove into Julian to get anything we needed. It’s a 3-5 minute drive into Julian. You could walk but the highway through there can be busy and it would be quite the walk into town. Julian is adorable. There is lots of hiking nearby, brewery, restaurants, pie shops, cute stores. Julian gets busy on the weekends. We would definitely stay here again. Samantha had several pamphlets of things to do in and near Julian which was appreciated. Overall we enjoyed the tiny home. It had everything we needed- a Kuerig, fridge, microwave, ability to cook on a stovetop, bathroom, TV. Bathroom is small but that’s to be expected in a tiny house. If you’re looking for someplace cute and quiet near Julian, stay here.
