Central to day trips to Cuyamaca fishing lake (9.2 miles & apprx. 15 minute drive), Borrego Springs (30 miles apprx.43 minute drive) & shopping, gold mine tours, wineries, & hiking trails. I live in San Diego County with my wife and daughter. This accommodation has been traditionally rented out month to month but has been recently remodeled and I am opening it up to people who would like to use for vacations and seasonal use.
Why they chose this property
This property is located on top of a commercial building used by the locals and is at the end of town that has less traffic than Main Street Julian, but feels like it is in it's own private hide away and is close to town if you want to walk.
What makes this property unique
This accommodation is located on the second story of the regional strip mall that has the Julian Newspaper, Chiropractor, Massage Theripist, Real Estate Office, & local fire & emergency center. Located across the street from the Nickel Beer Co. Situated on over 3 acres of property with an open field in the back that can be utilized for pets and horses.
