This house is the perfect location to use as a jumping point for your mountain vacation. 4 bedroom, 2 with ensuites, 3.5 bathrooms. Large screened in porch with plenty of seating and Hot Tub. Fully stocked kitchen. Unfinished basement is set up for entertaining, with a bar and sitting area. Custom cornhole board in case you want to enjoy the quiet neighborhood.

The Perfect Home

From start to finish (7 days) this home lacked nothing. It was very comfortable for my family of seven. The basement game room and the hot tub were certainly highlights but the entire experience was the absolute best!

Family trip

The best place me and my family has stayed:)

We had so much fun staying at Corey Prince house in Waynesville, NC. We loved all it had to offer and omg the house is so nice and clean and the Spa Tub was so relaxing. Each room was perfect. My dad is handicap so getting the Wheel chair around was totally perfect. The bedroom on the first floor was perfect for him and he got to be part of everything with us. Thank you for hosting such a beautiful property. We will definitely be back :)
