Only five minutes to I-40 which makes your trip to Asheville or drive to picnic in the Blue Ridge or Smoky Mountains Parkway very easy. Only five minutes to beautiful downtown Waynesville or Maggie Valley. Located one block from walking trail around the lake which makes for a relaxing hike or an easy walk to any of the conference and activities

Our family felt right at home here. We loved the views of the mountains and lake. It is a very short walk to the lake although a steep hill coming back. The house is lovely and the best feature for us was all the gathering spaces inside and out. It was a perfect place for a peaceful family getaway. Host was kind and helpful.

When I found this property, I knew this could be something special. The location of the house is so convenient to everything and in a great neighborhood made it an easy decision. I remodeled most of the house adding comfort and coziness. I enjoy all the windows and large decks. I lived there for 30 years and decided to let you enjoy the house as much as I did!

What makes this property unique

You will find my house a great place to stay and convenient to all western North Carolina has to offer. Just across the street is the Junaluska golf course, and a short walk to the pool and canoeing and a walking trail around the Lake.
