About this property

Luxury 10BR/12BA Cabin w/Indoor Pool, 2 Hot Tubs, Arcade, & Theater! Mountain Views!

Absolutely gorgeous describes the views and the cabin at Smoky Mountain Manor, a 10-bedroom, 10-bathroom (plus 2 half baths), 6,200-square-foot cabin for 32 in Pigeon Forge. Secluded at the top of a beautiful mountain development, the cabin offers plenty of privacy with no other cabins in sight! Your neighbors will be the rolling hills of the Smoky Mountains, with views of Mt. LeConte, Clingmans Dome, Mt. Buckley, Mt. Guyot, and even North Carolina on clear days!

This newly built cabin (finished summer 2017 and remodeled in Nov 2022) blends top-of-the-line amenities, the conveniences of home, stylish décor, and beautiful finishes inside and out for a stunning getaway that aims to pamper and entertain for reunions, retreats, special occasions, and big family vacations. Each space has been designed with great care, offering you a truly memorable home away from home in the Great Smoky Mountains!

Start mornings at Smoky Mountain Manor sipping coffee in the deck chairs (overlooking the mountains), soaking up some sun in the lounge chairs on the sundeck, or sitting down for breakfast at the dining tables on the decks. Spend days playing pool, trying Golden Tee Golf, racing against each other on the Cart Fury racing games, getting nostalgic with classic arcade games, and splashing around in the pool house that boasts a dining table, and a kidney-shaped pool. At night, soak in the 2 hot tubs with TVs, climb into a cozy king-size bed, warm up by the outdoor fireplace on the covered deck, have movie night in your theater room, or whip up group meals with double appliances in your large, well-equipped kitchen!

The cabin also has handicap features, making it more easily accessible to many. From no steps into the cabin or pool house and extra-wide doors in a main-floor bedroom and bathroom to a grab bar by the toilet and high toilets for easier wheelchair access, it's a cabin made to ensure comfort and convenience for your group.

You may not want to leave this gorgeous cabin, but there's plenty to do in town when you do want to explore. Pigeon Forge is less than 10 miles away, offering dozens of restaurants, attractions for kids and adults, shops, and fun events throughout the year. Pigeon Forge is very group friendly, with attractions like The Island, Dollywood, the Titanic Museum Attraction, and WonderWorks offering something for all ages. There are also plenty of grown-up go-tos, including moonshine sampling, local wineries (check out the Rocky Top Wine Trail), Scenic Helicopter Tours over the Smokies, and brand-name shops at the Tanger Outlets.

Living Room
A welcome retreat after busy days playing in Pigeon Forge, the beautifully designed living room of Smoky Mountain Manor features 2 plush leather sofas with a matching love seat, a stone-faced electric fireplace (with heat), and a 55-inch LED TV with premium cable channels. Located on the main floor, it's a great place to gather and has everything you need for a laid-back afternoon in the cabin or watching a ball game. It's just off the kitchen, so you can grab a snack or drink without missing anything. There is also a private seating area just off the living room, with 2 loungers and a side table for more guests. ~ Indoor fireplaces are active late September to April 1st

Kitchen
The beautiful, spacious kitchen in Smoky Mountain Manor is well equipped and designed with style and function in mind. Custom tile backsplash, stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and dark wood cabinets make you want to spend time in the kitchen! You'll have ample counter space with 2 islands – one with seating for 6 – along with 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 2 microwaves, a double oven, and a large, 6-burner Viking commercial cooktop. Plus, it's well stocked with dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots and pans for in-cabin meals. Feeding a group is made easy in this loaded kitchen! Even if you aren't cooking, you'll have plenty of space for everyone's favorite snacks and drinks or leftovers from downtown. With a large group, you always want to have the kitchen stocked!

Bedrooms
Each bedroom is a retreat within a retreat, with touches of home and space to unwind at the end of a long day. Space for 32 guests in Smoky Mountain Manor means 10 beautiful bedrooms and 10 full bathrooms (plus 1 half bath in the main house), with 8 Bedrooms w/king-size beds, Bedroom #9 has a built-in full bunk bed & 1 built-in twin bed, and Bedroom #10 has two sets of full-over-full bunkbeds. On the upper level, there is 3 king bedrooms and a bunk room. The main level has 2 king bedrooms and a powder room. The lower level has 3 king bedrooms and a bunk room. Each bedroom offers dressers and nightstands (and a private bathroom), along with a flatscreen TV for no-fighting-over-the-remote nights. On the main floor, the back bedroom boasts 3-foot-wide door access for both the bedroom and bathroom, along with a high toilet for easy wheelchair access. There is also a grab bar by the toilet! The cabin also has a queen sleeper sofa in the rec room.

Dining Room
You won't find mountain views like this at a restaurant downtown. As you sit down at the 2 large dining tables with space for 10 at each, you'll enjoy stunning views of the Great Smoky Mountains through the windows all along the back wall. The kitchen island by the dining table offers seating for 6 more, and dining tables in the entertainment area and on the decks give you even more space for meals at the cabin.

Theater Room
Large, overstuffed sofas stair-stepped for optimal viewing for all guests await in the private theater room of Smoky Mountain Manor. Grab a bag of popcorn and cozy up on a couch, where movie night gets an upgrade with a 70-inch smart TV, Blu-ray player, sound bar, and subwoofer for deep sound experiences. You can stream a cartoon for the kids, turn on the ball game and hunker down to cheer on your favorite team, or enjoy a romantic movie night in the cabin after the kids head to bed.

Rec Room
Ready for some fun? Head downstairs to the rec room (next to the theater room) for hours of gaming. Play some Golden Tee Golf, have fun with the 60-game multicade, or challenge someone to a race on the 2 Cart Fury racecar games! Can't get enough arcade games? Check out Pigeon Forge, where arcades line the Parkway alongside laser tag, go karts, miniature golf, and more!

Entertainment Area
When you're traveling with such a big group, you need a lot of places to hang out and unwind around the cabin. At Smoky Mountain Manor, you'll have plenty of places inside and out. The entertainment area features a pool table with plenty of space around it to play, along with a 6-person pub table and a lounge area with a comfy sofa, love seat, and 65-inch LED TV with premium cable channels!

Pool House
The private pool house might just be your favorite feature of Smoky Mountain Manor, designed in the style of the cabin and offering 3 distinct and beautiful spaces to enjoy: the pool room, the outdoor pavilion, and the sun deck. There are also no steps into the pool house, so a wheelchair will have easy access here.
*The alarm for the cabin also secures the pool house. Please disable the alarm at the main cabin before checking out other areas so it won't be set off.

Pool Room
In the pool room, 8-foot-tall open windows and sliding patio doors allow you to move freely between the pavilion and the sun deck. The pool – the showpiece of the room – is a 25-foot-long, 14-foot-wide kidney-shaped pool with custom colored light effects, 3 1/2 - 5 1/2 feet deep. When you're not swimming, sit on the bench or relax in the large, open entertaining space with beautiful views of the mountains. Sit back and relax at the table or make a refreshing drink at the wet bar with a sink, and mini-fridge. A half bath is also conveniently located here. There are also no steps into the pool house, so a wheelchair will have easy access here.

Outdoor Pavilion
The outdoor pavilion at Smoky Mountain Manor is stunning, with gorgeous wood ceilings, comfortable seating with a sofa and 2 large chairs, and built-in seating on either side of the story-and-a-half gas burning fireplace. The 500-square-foot space also features an outdoor kitchen with a large gas grill, mini fridge, and sink, making grilling out a breeze.

Sun Deck
The third pool house space is the sun deck, where you can soak up the rays on beautiful days. Accessible by the large sliding patio doors, it's great for sunbathing and relaxing while enjoying your awesome Smoky Mountain views. Grab a book and a drink and kick up your feet in the lounge chairs here!

Outdoor Spaces
Smoky Mountain Manor offers even more outdoor space, with 3 full decks totaling 1,500 square feet! From here, enjoy views of Mt. LeConte, Clingmans Dome, Mt. Guyot, Mt. Buckley, and more – and all the way to North Carolina on clear days! There are lots of deck chairs and tables for the group, and the top floor offers almost 180-degree views of the mountains! The main deck floor features two 6-person dining tables for outdoor meals, and the cabin has two 6-person outdoor hot tubs, custom lighting, and TVs for relaxing at night!

Other Amenities
As if Smoky Mountain Manor didn't offer enough, there are even more amenities at the cabin. Flat, paved roads lead to the cabin, and the flat, paved driveway makes arrivals and unpacking cars easy. It also has room to park a trailer, no steps up into the cabin or pool house, a washer/dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

We had an amazing vacation at this property. It was clean, very well stocked, and with beautiful mountain views. We absolutely loved that it had so many bedrooms and each had its own bathroom. The kids had a blast with the game room. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation home. We had zero issues and would 100% recommend to others. The roads up to the house are narrow and windy, but we had no troubles. We had a large family with all ages and it suited us all. We even saw some bears on the property on two occasions!

Fun Weekend with Friends

We had 19 of us staying for a long holiday weekend and the space suited our needs really well. The pool was a bit of a disappointment as we couldn’t raise the temp a bit higher so it wasn’t the feature we were hoping for in our wintertime visit. Also there was some sort of fan in the pool house that was so loud with no way of shutting it off so it wasn’t fun to be in the pool house. House gets a 5 star, pool a 3, so 4 star stay overall as the pool was a main draw for our group.

Awesome place!!!

We took 25 people(teens and adults) for a conference in Pigeon Forge. The place was amazing. Everyone enjoyed the two hot tubs and the indoor pool. There was so much to do there as it also had a pool table upstairs, an arcade downstairs, and a theater room. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep without being crowded. Lastly, it was spotless. Very clean! Overall it was a great experience, and we look forward to going back next year.

Great place for family get togethers

We had 22 people from 1-1/2 to 79 and it was very comfortable. Everything was 25-30 minutes away but very doable. Scenery was unbelievable! One thing if you stay here, do not let children go out by themselves. We had a mother and 3 cubs around which were cute! Momma bear even made herself at home in one of the hot tubs one morning! She took the cover off to get in! We will plan to revisit this cabin in the next few years!

Family Trip

We enjoyed our family vacation. The house is very accommodating of a large group. The futons are a bit misleading. They aren’t the most comfortable to have someone sleep on. For this reason, I feel the cabin sleeps comfortably around 25 people. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and gadgets. We had a bug problem in the basement. They were attracted to damp/wet towels/clothes, so if staying in the basement bedrooms, be sure you hang all your wet things. The property was beautiful and lived up to the description in the listing.

Great house

The outdoor area was filthy and the pool so cool we were unable to swim or utilize that area. Dirty pan in the sink outside. Other than that? The house itself was perfect, clean and enjoyable. The pool? A HUGE disappointment as that was the reason we went with that house as opposed to 2 others in the area. Set at 81degrees.

Smoky Mountain Manor

We've stayed in this house before it with a different company. It was recently renovated and done very nicely. The communication with the property manager was excellent and they made the process very easy. The view from this house is unbeatable. The ride up is a little nerve wracking but it's worth it. It's sad that so many cabins are getting packed into this area. One benefit we had in years past was that the cabin is secluded. There are several new builds and several others being built. One of which obstructs the view and the construction noises were very loud all week. We had an issue with the pool heater that the property manager promptly sent someone to resolve. The pool did heat up by day 4 of our 6 day trip. Linens were pretty sparse. There were no pool towels and linens for the futons. The property manager did send a supply of l sheets for the futons and I never mentioned the pool towels because we bought beach towels. The stove and ovens don't work very well so something to keep in mind if you plan to cook!

This property is beautiful, so many amenities, plus plenty of room for all our guests. Having everyone from the wedding party staying in one house made wedding morning prep so nice. Also the time before and after with the whole crew, well let's say it was a blast! We did have an issue with the pool being unusable due to a leak in the liner, so that was unfortunate. I was able to call the agency, and they sent someone to refill it the next day, but we lost a whole evening and morning of use. The pool house and outdoor kitchen could really use a good cleaning. The views for sunrise were phenomenal. There are a few updates that could be done and property around the house had litter/cans all over the place. Lastly the swing on the top level, which I was looking so forward to sitting on, is more like a bed. It's too wide and too high to relax and swing.

Beautiful home near the Smokey Mountains of Tennessee

We were a party of 14 adults and so enjoyed having our own king size bed and private bathroom. There was so much to do in the home itself…relax, play pool, video games, swim, enjoy 2 hot tubs, chill on the porch… The kitchen was so well equipped with dishes, glassware, silverware, baking dishes, pots, pans, serving platters, etc. wish we would've had one more day to enjoy and relax We hope to make it back again one day soon.

My family has been coming to the Pigeon Forge area for over 15 years and we have stayed in many great places however our stay at Smoky Mountain Manor was hands down our favorite. The views were incredible, the cabin was clean, the rooms were perfect in size and fit our family of 28 seamlessly. The kitchen area was great and we appreciated the seating as well as the incredibly well stocked dishware, pots and pans, and silverware. The decks were great for everyone and the pool was a hit with the kids (and adults too). Communication throughout was top notch. We would absolutely stay here again.

Large family retreat

The house has a lot to offer. First, the views are spectacular. The decks were a great place to waste time watching clouds pass by. Be careful when going outdoors. We watched a bear walk through the yard.Standing in the pool even had a view. The game and theater rooms were heavily used by the kids. Overall it was a great place for three generations of family to spread out and enjoy themselves.

Amazing views

Amazing views. Plenty of room for 18 adults. Was disappointed that the outside kitchen by the pool was not operational. Also the indoor pool fountain did not work and the water temperature although said was set at 82 degrees was much much colder. Biggest disappointment was the outdoor table and all chairs although there were plenty clearly had not been power washed.
