Cabin was wonderful and spacious. If traveling with someone in a wheelchair, I would check the elevator measurements as my sons chair wouldn’t fit so he stayed on the main level and theater room.

We loved this house! We stayed here for a family reunion with 8 adults and 10 kids. There was so much to do both in town and at the house. The spaces were perfect and the views were fantastic.

Coastal Mountain Vibe Team are excellent! The home was well maintained with many extras included like a generous supply of soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and paper towels! The video games in the house were excellent and other games enough to entertain for hours. The only slight disadvantage was the theater room being outside. Children could not stay in the room alone. The pool was also outside house but access was never an issue because adults should always be present. We had issue with a lock needing replaced and the team came immediately. Thank you we enjoyed the house. Masterpiece owners thought of everything!

Plenty to do in this cabin with everything you could possibly need. We had an amazing time and everyone enjoyed the pool! We had family of all ages from 5 weeks to 60 years old. The only thing that was bothersome was thermostat downstairs did not work. Definitely recommend this rental!

This house was perfect for our extended family vacation. It has things for all ages to enjoy and a lot of comfortable seating. The pool and theater were a huge hit with the kids and teens, and the back porch with the Adirondack chairs along with the hot tub was the favorite amongst the adults. Highly recommend this vacation home!

We had 13 adults & 3 kids - 3 nights - Labor Day 2026 -WONDERFUL PLACEPROS -1.The mgmt company is VERY responsive, even on holidays! Amazing response times to both phone & text messages. VERY professional maint staff. It was a relief to get a quick response!2.Kitchen, dining, & family room are VERY large; PERFECT for a large group. We cooked every meal there & played lots of games together & the space accommodated it all!3.Ice Machine in laundry room was VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!CONS: 1.Refrigerator space –Only 1 refrigerator - larger than avg, but not enough for us.2.Bathroom Lower Level - The 2 bunk-bed rooms share 1 bathroom. That's 8-12 people in 1 bath. I wasn’t able to recognize this arrangement from photos/description before I booked it. Probably fine for younger people – not optimum for my group.3.# of Bathrooms – The house is described as 5.5 baths but the Jack-n-Jill upstairs is counted as 2 bthrms. Based upon photos/description, I was expecting to find another full-bath in the house that had been omitted from the photos. Unfortunate Events (could happen anywhere):1.The refrigerator went out. The agency quickly assessed it & brought us a temporary fridge in record time. However, the temp fridge was quite small. We ended up with spoiled food.2.The condensate line from the air handlers stopped-up and overflowed (causing water to drip down to the kitchen) but, again, the maintenance team responded quickly & fixed it.

We had a wonderful family vacation with members ranging from 7 months to 70. Everyone loved the house and all of the amenities. Check in process was simple and any questions were promptly answered. The views were amazing!!! The owners were helpful and good with contacting through text. They even went and checked on something for us while we were at Dollywood.
