The longer you stay, the bigger your discount! Rest in the relaxing home known as Soaring Eagle Lodge. It is a beautiful, luxury 7 bedroom lodge situated high on the Forest Springs Mountain right in the middle of Gatlinburg. The Lodge has spectacular, breath taking views of the mountains and the Park from its 3 decks and outdoor areas. This custom built home was designed for large multi-generational families that includes an ELEVATOR for ease of move-in and access to the three levels for those with limited mobility.

Gatlinburg is a great place to visit for adventure seekers or relaxed visitors alike. Start your morning by taking in the fresh mountain air and the fabulous mountain views with a fresh cup of coffee in hand from one of our three spacious decks. During the day go hiking on the nearby trails, picnicking next to the streams, shopping the crafts trails.....end your days relaxing while watching the sunset from one of our 18 rocking chairs or from the relaxing comfort of the huge 12-person party hot tub or from one of the eight Adirondack chairs while relaxing around the fire pit - the choice is yours!

Later in the evening, you can enjoy some star gazing from your seat around the fire pit in our outdoor living area or you can enjoy a movie or the big game in the theater room on the big screen TV with the awesome surround sound system while relaxing in the tiered seating of the luxury leather recliners. The kids (and adults too) are sure to enjoy a game of pool on the regulation size 8 ft pool table and its companion 12 ft shuffleboard table. There's also a multi-arcade cocktail table which includes 60 of the top arcade games from the 80's including Pac Man, Donkey Kong, Mario Brothers and many more which could keep you busy for hours on end! Undoubtedly, there may be someone in the group who will want to fire up the X-Box One gaming system and play someone in a game or someone back home via the internet.

The decks feature lots of rocking chairs and one deck has a fabulous fireplace with furniture for lounging and visiting with family and friends. Soaring Eagle Lodge is conveniently located 1.5 miles east of downtown Gatlinburg and a short 2.5 miles from the entrance to the GSMNP. We really enjoyed the house and the hot tub was so relaxing. There were stink bugs everywhere though but I guess that was because they are terrible this year. We will definately be staying there again sometime

Our group stay was at the chalet was great!! The only issue we ran into was a hot tub that wasnt warming and a TV that had not been hooked up for viewing, but Lynn was very apologetic. She was the best host we have ever had and answered all our questions promptly. The chalet was one of the nicest any of us has ever stayed in and the location and view was amazing. Do yourself a favor and book this if it is on your list!!! Thank you Bill and Lynn, we will be booking again in the future

This cabin was perfect for our 4 generation family of 19! The elevator was a big help for my parents. And I cannot say enough good things about our hosts! Lynn was wonderful to work with and Lloyd made sure we had everything we needed in quick time. This cabin is in a perfect location…out of the hustle and bustle but close enough to everything. I would recommend this cabin to anyone!

Our group of five families with teens loved this property! Plenty of space to spread out and do your own thing or to hang out and socialize. Our teens loved the downstairs game room and played hours of video games in the cinema room. The grown ups used the fire pit and outdoor television almost every night. Cooking for a crowd was easy with two grills and a big kitchen. All 15 of us fit at the tables to eat as well. Communication was friendly and prompt. We had two minor issues that were fixed quickly. One day later and the other families are already missing the place. Coffee on the upper deck with our friends is a priceless memory. The drive up is a little steep but 100% worth it for the silence and the views. We saw a momma bear and three cubs multiple times, too. Book this place. You won’t regret it!

Great place to spend family time! Great view from the multiple decks. Away from the bustle of Gatlinburg but only five min to downtown parking. Our host was very accommodating to our needs. Bears love the property as well!

Absolutely wonderful house for a family gathering

Our extended family had a fantastic stay at Soaring Eagle Lodge. The house is fantastic, with high-end finishes, incredible views, a wonderful well-stocked kitchen, and lots of room to spread out including a terrific movie room with reclining loungers for 10. Well-located with easy access to the park, downtown Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge. We have been renting houses around the world for lots of years and this one is among the best.

Family Celebration in Gatlinburg

This is an exceptional property with great amenities. The panoramic views from all the decks loaded with rocking chairs are amazing, especially the sunsets. The house easily accommodated our 13 guests. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of cookware, plates, utensils, etc and we created many memorable meals in it. It was a bonus to have extra soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, laundry bags, etc. that lasted the entire stay. Lynn is extremely responsive to questions and the house app is loaded with everything needed for a great stay. We had great bear sightings every day. The location has great access to Gatlinburg, the Park, and a grocery store. Or you may want to stay home and take advantage of all the amenities - games, rocking chairs, spas, movie theater, grills, etc.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had an excellent experience at the Soaring Eagle Lodge. The house was more than enough for a family of 14 adults. With two living rooms and a game room, there was plenty of room for everyone to do their own thing. Also, with the large upstairs kitchen, there was plenty of room for meals and game nights together. The outdoor porches also provide plenty of room for quiet morning and dinner outside. The elevator was a must for us due to a person with mobility issues. The view was amazing, yet we were close enough to area experiences not to spend all of our time in the car. There is a nearby grocery store as well. We had a few minor issues that were quickly answered and addressed. Communication was quick! The access road the property asks you to use is paved and very accessible. The house is well equipped in the kitchen with anything you would need to cook in. Also, there are plenty of towels including some placed in each location close to the 2 hot tubs. Wonderful memories were made!

We absolutely love the hiking, picnicking, and shopping that Gatlinburg has to offer. For amusement, we all - old and young - love to visit Dollywood too! But don't forget about Anakeesta - it is now one of our favorites. Astra Lumina is so gorgeous!

Soaring Eagle Lodge was meticulously and lovingly designed and built in 2023. We spared no expense and overlooked no detail for your comfort. Our family, including our kids and grandkids, totals 25. This is our family vacation home and it is truly a spectacular place. We are happy to be able to share it with others while it is not being used by our family. We know that you will absolutely love making your family memories in this million dollar luxury lodge as much as we do!
