Our fully furnished and fully stocked condo is located at the base of Heavenly on the summit of the Kingsbury Grade, providing spectacular views of Lake Tahoe mere steps away from the front door. Literally, ski out or board out from the back entrance, right down to the lifts or take in the lake in the nature-conscious, gathering area, with chairs to enjoy the abundant wildlife. In summertime, bike and hike trails abound and start right at the back door! A 6 minute drive will have you on the waterfront of Lake Tahoe, golfing at the world class Edgewood Resort and enjoying the Casinos, Shopping and quality dining which are unique to South Lake Tahoe! One bedroom, separate room and two full baths including a jetted tub, will easily and comfortably accommodate families of 6 with 4 totals beds. Local store and restaurant are a 1 minute drive away and provide everything you could need for your stay. Speaking of everything you need, that's what you will find in the kitchen. From supplied coffee and mixers, to hot chocolate, to spices, to cooking oil... all there and all are free to use as needed. We can't wait to host you, at a sneaky amazing condo at Heavenly. Great Weekend

We were in SLT for a Sunday wedding. Only used the condo to sleep and shower. It was very comfortable.

Great location. Quiet. Easy and quick access to everything.

Me, wife and 2 20-something daughters. Difficult to find 2 bedrooms with 3 beds (kids won’t sleep in the same bed at this age). This was perfect. And better yet with 2 bathrooms. Views from back “patio” are awesome. A great place to enjoy a glass of wine after hiking all day. Outdoor swimming pool and hot tub are a short walk up the road.

Awesome ski-out condo with great internet

We are a group of 2 who work remotely and travel around the world. Every winter season we spend at some ski resort. This season we spent a month in this 2bd/2ba ski-out condo. Here’s a summary of the condo and our stay: - plenty of space for 2 people; a few times our friends were coming over and we had no issues to host them - awesome internet. We had a few glitches when a record-breaking winter storm was messing electricity and cell towers, but these were fixed in a few days. For that time, we used a very nice coworking 10 minutes driving away (untethered.space) - good hot shower; there’s also a bath with jets. - we enjoyed ski-out experience (but it might me somewhat technical). Getting to the slopes is effortless, and there’s a free shuttle that takes 5 minutes to bring you back. Worst case, it’s a 20-minute walk back (did it a few times during the winter storm since shuttles were canceled). - there’s a nice beer & food place 8-minutes-walk away. Small grocery shop with essentials is there as well, Safeway is 15 minutes drive away - Ian is an awesome host. No matter what kind of question we had, he was always super fast to respond. The check-in and checkout experience was smooth. - heavenly is an awesome ski resort to stay. Nevada side in particular is way less crowded than California side, so extra points for this! Overall, great condo for the money! We would stay again!

With a back yard full of lake views, sled and ski trails in winter, hike and bike trails in summer and at an elevation over 7500', there aren't many places above this location around the entire lake. The convenience of being able to ski out of your back door to a world famous resort, is indescribable. The local store, restaurant and bar with gaming and ski/board rental are all within an 8 minute walk.
