This stone house with authentic Breton charm is located in a peaceful residential area of Saint-Malo, a vibrant city well served by its train station. Combining old-world character with modern comforts, it offers a spacious, tastefully decorated living space, a fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms, and a large enclosed garden perfect for relaxing or sharing al fresco meals. The garage can accommodate two large cars and several bicycles, with additional parking available in the quiet cul-de-sac. Just a short walk (1.5 km), Rosais Beach and Briantais Park offer an exceptional natural setting with views of Dinard. Ideally located, the house also provides easy access to the Channel Islands of Jersey and Guernsey via ferries from the port of Saint-Malo.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The accommodation is not suitable for small children. Bed linen is to be brought along. Hand towels are to be brought along.
