Private and Cozy 4bd/2.5ba Cabin w/ Hot Tub

This large cabin is tucked away in the trees of Monument for ultimate peace and seclusion, while also being close to local attractions like the Air Force Academy, Palmer Lake, and Castle Rock. The house sits on approximately 3 acres with scrub oak surrounding it, which gives great privacy from the surrounding neighbors.

There's ample yard space for games, plenty of porch seating to enjoy the cool air, and a hot tub for relaxing after a long day of hiking.

There's a gas/charcoal combo grill, gas fire pit, and gas porch heater for your use. A couple propane tanks have been provided, but may need you to swap them at the store depending on your use and how full the previous guest left them for you.

4WD or AWD vehicles are not required, but are recommended in the winter as a precautionary measure. The roads to the cabin are paved and do get plowed, but they are not priority roads, so it could definitely be 24hrs+ after the snow before they get touched.

This property does not have air conditioning, so we have provided fans for all bedrooms and the common areas. The property is shaded pretty well to also help keep it cool during the summer months.
