This vacation home is located close to the sea and has a beautiful panoramic view. It is ideal for couples and smaller families who want to enjoy the scents of the sea and a spacious pool with maximum privacy. The interior is stylishly furnished and consists of the first floor with kitchen, dining area and living room, bedroom, bathroom and toilet, while the upper floor is not used. The pebble beach is about 50 meters from the house. The property is separated from the sea by the main road. In the nearby resort tennis courts, mini golf and other sports facilities can be used for an additional fee. Visit the city of Dubrovnik, about 8 km away, rich in culture and entertainment.

Stunning location

Our family of 5 (2 parents and 3 children aged 23 18 and 14 )stayed for 2 weeks in late August and found the Villa to be ideal for our needs. Comfortable beds. Quiet modern air conditioning. Modern bathrooms and modern well equipped kitchen. Good sized swimming pool that was cleaned regularly. Our hosts Matej and his father Dubravko could not have been more welcoming and helpful, keeping in regular contact to make sure we had everything we needed and giving suggestions on how best to enjoy the area. The hosts are working to constantly improve the facilities in what is already a lovely villa in a great location with a fantastic sea view.
