Rustic rustic with natural stone walls and wood-burning stove in the Black Forest National Park

Our former forester's lodge is beautifully situated at the Black Forest National Park at an altitude of 630 m in the middle of the landscape conservation area. We carefully and lovingly renovated the house, built in 1920, with ecological materials, thus ensuring a healthy feel-good atmosphere. Arrive and take a deep breath!

There are three apartments available, here is only our apartment star view for up to 7 people described. Our two other apartments Fireplace and evening sun, both with woodburning stove (in the star view there is "only" an electric fireplace for safety reasons!), see our homepage. There are a few photos here but already to look at!

The beautiful location away from the main roads and city noise makes you find peace and relaxation. You can relax wonderfully and / or actively experience the nature! Our three original and cozy apartments help you to leave everyday life behind. And if you like to be pampered with culinary delights, a few minutes by car some of the most famous chefs in Germany are waiting for you!

All our apartments are southwest facing and non smoking apartments.

In summer, a large, sunny lawn is available directly at the house. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a cozy barbecue area are of course also available.

Sportily active nature experience: Directly from the house you can make wonderful walks and mountain bike tours, a real paradise with 1100 km of trails for every need! Past enchanted forest lakes, impressive waterfalls and rest in quaint, serviced cabins. Exciting adventure trails are waiting for you. There are certified Nordic walking routes as well as inline skating tracks. Or you explore the beautiful landscape by bike. And for mountain bikers there is a newly developed network since summer 2016 with tours for all claims with up to 33% trailer share!

Paragliding, golf and fishing are just a few other recreational opportunities.

In winter, you will experience a fairytale landscape! Sparkling powder snow that crunches underfoot on clear roads and many cleared paths!
You can start right in front of the door in a groomed trail network, as well as there are some lifts (partially floodlit) and an ice skating rink (Nov - May) in the area.

For a holiday with a dog also made!:
Dogs are very welcome! Directly from the house you can walk without stress, through a lot of forest you will find pleasant cooling shade in midsummer and in the entire region there is always water. Small creeks, beautiful lakes, alone at our 'Hausbach' you can walk for many miles along - and water-loving bathing course. There are rustic huts that invite you for a hearty snack after a long hike, and wet dog paws are no problem! If your four-legged friends do not particularly like car rides, then theoretically he does not have to go in for the entire holiday, because there are many really beautiful destinations that you can reach directly from the house!
In the apartments you will find dog bowls and cups / mats and special route recommendations for dog paws.

Through the affiliated dog school I offer intensive care training sessions, individually tailored to your needs. From consultation to individual training, training walks / hikes to mantrailing / retrieving, we will arrange a package with you. We are also happy to clarify questions about posture and nutrition. The mobile phone reception is limited, depending on the provider and device LTE is available (Vodafone). We offer our guests Wi-Fi, due to the limited availability but only temporarily and limited.
