The perfect summer spot, Located in the private gated community Anglers Club. Take in the stunning views of the harbor, swim in the community pool, or watch the sunset from our balcony's.
This 2,100 Sq. Ft. townhome features beautifully designed common areas with all the comforts. dock your boat directly behind the townhome on a deep-water canal. complete with a large ice machine and plenty of storage for your fishing gear underneath the townhome.
The first level has one bedroom suite with a king bed and full bathroom, the kitchen and living area with an outdoor deck facing the water and dock. Upstairs has the master bedroom with a king-sized bed and a deck looking out onto the water, and a third bedroom with twin beds with their private full baths. Flat screen TV's, washer & dryer. Great care is provided so you can be assured when you arrive your townhome is clean and well-appointed and ready for your arrival.
Boca Grande offers sandy beaches, restaurants, and plenty of shopping are just minutes away in the historic downtown. There is something here for everyone. Boca Grande is a special place where families have been vacationing and making memories for decades. Your adventure is just a reservation away.

Gasparilla get-away

The Anglers Club gated community was immaculate, relaxing and comfortable even though there were several construction projects underway. The townhome was clean and had plenty of room and is in a great location. Met several neighbors, all were full time owners, and they were friendly and helpful. Overall, excellent location to take advantage of the close proximity to several area fun places to visit such as Cabbage Key, Fisherman’s Village, Venice, Manasota Key, Rum Bay and so much more. Gasparilla Marina staff were helpful for boating needs and Smokin Kerry’s bar and restaurant was a favorite. Very pleased to see the area has made great strides recovering from Hurricane Ian.

Palms and peace

This is a clean, beautifully peaceful area. Amazing grounds, close to beaches, pool area is wonderful. Loved watching the boats go in and out of the marina. The owner was kind and easy to communicate with.
