This well appointed carriage house is the perfect getaway for two! Enjoy the full kitchen and bright living space, perfect for meals and relaxation. When you're ready to retire, head into the private bedroom, complete with a wonderful king-sized bed and private bathroom. A living room sleeper sofa allows for two additional guests. Located on the south side of Rosemary Beach, this property has easy access to the community pools and beach walkovers. When you're ready to explore, hop on the 2 complimentary bikes and hit the boardwalks! You'll find there is plenty to surf and sea in Rosemary Beach!

Property Managed

The property is really great. It could get a little small if you stay there a whole week but probably not for just two people. This is completely opinion, but it isn't VRBO (as in Owner). It's managed by a property company. They do a fine job, but you have to go to their office to check in and check out. Not a huge deal but I like VRBO so I don't have to do that.
