Apartment 'Wilder Kaiser' - Holiday apartment Treichl

Our “Wilder Kaiser” holiday rental is located on the ground floor and features a spacious kitchen-living room with a dining area and TV; it is fully equipped (dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, stove, oven, etc.). Up to 4 people can sleep comfortably in our bedroom with a double bed and our cosy sleeper sofa. A bathroom with a shower and towel warmer, as well as a separate bathroom, are at your disposal. Bedding and towels are included. You’ll find the lockable ski storage room in the basement. The separate garden area (accessible via the outdoor staircase—located on the basement level) invites you to unwind and relax. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire property.<br><br><br><br>You’ll find pure relaxation in our two apartments in Itter, built in 2019 and situated in a quiet location. Thanks to our particularly convenient location, our house is the ideal starting point for enjoying nature, both in summer and winter. Your car gets a holiday here, too. A 5-minute walk takes you to the town centre, where you’ll find a small local supermarket. When there’s enough snow, the cross-country ski trail starts right outside our front door. The ski bus stop is just a few metres away. From there, you can easily reach the entrance to our SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental ski area, featuring 288 kilometres of slopes and 90 lifts. In the summer, you can set out on many hikes or bike rides right from our doorstep. On hot summer days, you can cool off at the outdoor pool right next door. The famous Hexenwasser, the other six Mountain Adventure Worlds, and the filming locations for the well-known series *Der Bergdoktor*—Ellmau and Going am Wilden Kaiser—are just a few minutes’ drive away.<br><br><br><br>On-site costs: Included: electricity, water, heat, bed linens, tea towels, bath towels, cot upon request. Not included: local tax, final cleaning. Security deposit of €250 in cash upon arrival. Pets are not allowed.<br><br><br><br>Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and check-out from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
