This comfortable ground-floor flat is located opposite the ski lift and features a ski storage room. You will start your holiday day relaxed with a cup of tea on the terrace, before preparing a breakfast of your choice in the well-equipped open kitchen. There is parking for 2 cars and in case of heavy snow we recommend using snow chains for the last 50 m to the house. Enjoy the quiet location and be surprised by the many attractions in the region
From the apartment you can reach the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental in a short time, and there is also plenty to do in the mountains in summer. Enjoy beautiful hikes or hop on a mountain bike for a challenging ride through the distinctive landscape. Söll, Ellmau and Kitzbühel are within easy reach, and thanks to its quiet location, you will be able to unwind after an exciting day
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
