This is a great home in a very safe Fresno/Clovis neighborhood. Ideal for families with children.

1 HOUR TO SEQUOIA, 1 HOUR TO YOSEMITE GATES! 10 minutes to Airport. 15 minutes to Downtown. 10 minutes to Historic Old Town Clovis Shops.

Have all the conveniences of being home. Large dining room, large kitchen, multiple areas for eating. Streaming available on 2 large tv’s. Sectional sleeper couch with its own private area downstairs. King Size bed in a master bedroom with a private en suite bathroom. A crib added for infant or toddler. Two extra private bedrooms, both with queen beds. Wash all of your clothes with a stocked laundry room. Backyard and patio table for having outside meals. Large fridge with all cooking pots, pans, dishes + utensils.

Upstairs-
Master Bedroom w/ King Bed + soaking tub, shower and crib.
Two additional bedrooms w/ queen beds.
Master room has smart tv with Netflix.

Downstairs-
Stocked Kitchen
Dining Room with table that seats 6
2 stools to eat at counter
Pull out couch in living room and large smart tv.
Outside patio setup + wooden play house for kids.


Guest access:
All space is open and available to guests with the exception of a few locked supply closets.

Other things to note:

Driveway-

There is a very very slight slope on our driveway. Please note for anyone disabled/elder. It is walkable for most individuals but it is not flat into the home or garage in case that may be an issue for anyone in your party.

Garage- While the garage is available for use, a garage door remote is not.

Same night inquiries- No inquiry past 10 pm for the same night will be accepted. Apologies.

Backyard/Patio-
This home is nestled in a neighborhood of working families and children that go to school early in the morning. We have multiple neighbors that are very sensitive to noise. We ask that no one be in the backyard area past 10pm and that the noise level inside the house be at a lower level after 10pm. Please keep this in mind before booking and apologies for the inconvenience.

Small note regarding Microwave-
The display is not working at the moment. The easiest way to use is to press the “30 sec” button so that it automatically turns on for 30 seconds. Hit as many times as you need to have microwave run for longer. Ex. Hit 4 times to heat for 2 minutes.
