From your private balcony you can enjoy an amazing view of some of the runs on Mt Morrisey.
The living room features a tall ceiling which allow for huge windows to let in plenty of sunlight. This home features a full kitchen and a dining table that can seat 8, as well as a loveseat and sofa in the living room, so plenty of seating!
This home features a queen bed in the master bedroom (with an ensuite bathroom), a tri-bunk in the second bedroom, a tri-bunk in the third bedroom, and a sofabed in the living room.
Additional rules * An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your direct email 10 days prior to your arrival (direct email must be provided after your booking is accepted).
* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.
* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.
* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.
