Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Guests are responsible for general cleaning and tidying up after themselves during their stays. Generally, guest should leave the condo in the same condition as they found it upon arrival
This includes picking up bottles, garbage, excessive debris on floors or counters; cleaning up spills, oil splatters, etc. on oven tops; wiping up in microwaves or excessive spills in fridges; etc.
Our cleaning company cleans and preps the unit for the next guests only and does not “deep clean” the unit each time. › Please remove ALL food from the fridge upon leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Remove all garbage from unit, including ALL food , and put in garbage bags to be removed when leaving. Guests may leave one bag for cleaners.
NO CIGARETTES, CIGARS, CANDLES, INCENSE, CANNABIS or VAPES are to be used anywhere on premises. Smoking Monitoring Equipment is installed in unit.
No loud noises before 7:00 AM and all quiet after 10:00 PM. This includes the hot tub. Noise and Occupancy Monitoring Equipment is installed in unit.

Great host. Amenities were splendid, beds , rooms, tub and access to hill were excellent for our group. Kitchen could use a couple of additions, nothing major- a potato masher, small juicer for lemons, a set of pasta bowls, and a roasting pan. We cooked and ate all our meals in, for 8 hungry skiers, so we gave the kitchen a good workout. The wok was great!

We had a great stay at Ross’s place! 9 of us fit very comfortably. Proximity to the village and hot tub were fantastic. The only thing we noticed is that the kitchen could be better stocked (coffee, oven mitts) and some of the bathrooms were missing body soap.

Amazing time as always

The perfect getaway for mom's birthday and Christmas gathering! Close to the slopes and village... The whole family loved it especially the wife and all the vintage gear on display!!
