Great weekend in T-Town and the biggest selling features of this this house are the following: number of bedrooms, bathrooms, cable tv, parking for multiple cars and the convenience of walking to the stadium, quad and campus during a game day. It was clean enough, and we loved the addition of the outdoor table and chairs that were not there when we booked. If you have a large, easy going group, you'll appreciate it for what it is. Roll Tide!

Great location for UA

This property was perfectly located for a UA visit. The stadium and campus are easily walkable. I recommend using earplugs to help with sleeping through train noise.

Super-Basic but Easy Walk to Alabama Football

We enjoyed our stay. It is perfect for a large group. The home itself is super basic. There is hardly a picture on the walls. I think they expect this unit to be trashed by people visiting at UofA. But the unit is clean. The landlord was helpful. And it is a very short walk to the game and tailgating on the Quad. If you want a non-fancy and convenient experience, look no further. We would return.

Awesome location!!

This is a newly refurbished old house with all of the quirky old house characteristics like squeaky floors and slightly out of like doors. We were the first to rent and the owner was open to feedback on many of the items on the “punch list” that needed to be corrected. The owner responded immediately to our several requests during the stay. Guests had better like trains. There is a railroad crossing less that 50 yards from the front door but the stadium was as easy and convenient walk. The owner indicated that they do have planned upgrade such as a washer and dryer in the future so hopefully the water pressure in the bathrooms will be addressed at that time so that more than one person can shower at a time. Given that it is a newly refurbished home we were hoping for it to be a bit more cosmetically refreshed and cleaner. The main reason we chose this rental was for proximity to the stadium/campus and we absolutely were thrilled with that aspect of the rental.
