It is bright and friendly furnished and offers with a sofa bed and a beautiful double bed (140x200cm) enough space for 3 people. A flat-screen TV and an open kitchenette with dining area, and a bathroom with shower and toilet complete this apartment. The beach is reached in a few minutes. All shops are also within walking distance in a few minutes. In the basement of the house washing machine and dryer for community use are available for a fee. Also there is a room with table tennis and a storage room for bicycles.
