☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆
With enough beds to sleep up to 16 people, this house still provides ample room for everyone to have their own space! The master bedroom has a very unique layout; as you enter, you are greeted with a separate makeup vanity space, creating extra space for 2 seats, mirrors, and a fun neon sign dedicated entirely to getting ready before a night out! Beyond this room, the master suite continues as you enter the bedroom, equipped with a super comfy king size bed, smart TV, and direct access to the amazing backyard. Of course, this space is attached to a newly renovated, private ensuite bathroom.

The next bedroom right down the hall from the master can sleep up to 6 people in just this one room! It has 2 full beds (bunks) and 2 twin beds (bunks), a smart TV, and a little seating area with, of course, another fun neon sign. This bedroom shares a hallway bathroom with the adjacent bedroom, with flowery pink wallpaper and a comfy queen bed (yes, and another smart TV!).

On the other wing of the house, right past the kitchen and dining area, you will find two more bedrooms - one with two full beds (and an attached full bathroom) and another with two twin beds. All of these bedrooms have their own unique themes and smart TVs all around!

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆
There are three full bathrooms in this home, all of which have been recently remodeled. Starting with the master, the full bathroom has a standing shower only (no tub). The next bathroom (shared by the bunk bedroom & queen bedroom) has a shower/tub combo. The last bathroom on the other end of the house (attached to the full bedroom) has a standing shower only, as well. All bathrooms are fully stocked with the essentials, including lots of shower towels & makeup towels.

☆☆ KITCHEN & DINING ☆☆
One of the centerpieces of the home is the open-concept kitchen & dining area. The kitchen has been completely redesigned to let you live out your over-the-top entertainment space. With bright pink accents all throughout, this fun, extravagant space will provide you with everything you need for an entertaining stay! The true gourmet kitchen has all the cooking essentials (including a Keurig, coffee pods, and a traditional coffee pot), with bar seating for 4 and an adjacent dining room so that everyone here will be included in the fun!

Right next to the kitchen, you will find a large dining table with seating up to 8. If extra seating is needed, there is another table with more seating right outside the patio doors directly off of the dining room.

The entertainment continues in the massive living space! With a large, comfy couch, giant smart TV, and a cool Scottsdale-themed mural painted on the wall, you will want to have all of your movie nights & game nights right here in this main living area. You'll never want to leave! Such a cozy and inviting space for you and your party to enjoy throughout your stay.

What kind of a bachelorette dream location would this be without an incredible backyard? The extravagant theme continues outside, with all accents painted bright pink & another photo-ready mural off to the side of the pool. Tons of lounge chairs to relax while you tan in the hot Scottsdale sun, or enjoy some entertainment in the shade at our outdoor dining area with 4 more seats & a smart TV.

Eating at home tonight? Not to worry! If the fully equipped indoor kitchen doesn't cut it, you can use the built-in (propane) outdoor barbecue to cook a steak dinner, or just enjoy some drinks while sitting at the connecting bar-top.

All of this surrounds the main attraction of the yard - the heated pool. Take those fun, party pictures while dancing around on the flamingo raft, or while posing in the pool next to the giant mural.

Beyond the pool, you are welcomed more entertainment. A wood burning fire pit with four Adirondack chairs, hot tub with a covered pergola, corn hole, and last but not least, a putting green with neon-light up golf balls! Such a cool experience that you will have in this yard, with so much fun to be had. Even though you are just minutes away from Old Town Scottsdale, you won't even need to leave the house to have a vacation that you'll never forget!

The maximum occupancy for this property is not to exceed a family size of six adults and their related dependent children.

Our home is equipped with Ring cameras (outside only) and smart locks for your peace of mind and security during your stay.

Pet fee: $75/ pet per night, max of 4

Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, please note that outdoor weather impacts the pool temperature, and colder conditions may prevent it from reaching 85 degrees.

From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge. Keep in mind that the heaters may not significantly raise the water temperature above the ambient air temperature during colder weather.

The pool will not be heated during the summer, as high outdoor temperatures make heating unnecessary!

PLEASE NOTE: For everyone’s safety, a protective fence is installed around the pool. Guests are not allowed to move or remove it under any circumstances.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
