With enough beds to sleep up to 16 people, this house still provides ample room for everyone to have their own space! The first two bedrooms have one queen bed in each. The third bedroom has two full beds, while the fourth bedroom has 2 full-over-full beds (4 full beds total).

There are two full bathrooms in this home, both of which have been recently remodeled. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with two sinks, a toilet, and a walk-in shower. Right down the hall, the second bathroom also has two sinks, a toilet, and a walk-in shower only.

☆☆ KITCHEN & DINING ☆☆
The modern kitchen is located right off of the main living areas, and is loaded with all new stainless steel appliances & a coffee station (including a Keurig & coffee pods).

The dining room is right next to the kitchen, with enough seating to comfortably fit 8 people (+ additional countertop seating in the kitchen & outside)

We are pet-friendly! The pet fee is $75/pet, max of 4.

We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, we'd like to set your expectations that the pool temperature will continue to be determined by the weather temperature, as this is a contributing factor if the heat reaches its limit.
