Why they chose this property
There are 3 spacious bedrooms, with a large master bedroom accompanied with a king sized bed, shower and tub, walk in closet, toilet, and 2 large sinks. The 2 other bedrooms share a bathroom filled with a bathtub and shower with an additional half bathroom near the front door entry.
One room houses a plush queen-sized bed set and the other houses 2 full-sized beds. The spacious living room comes with a 70” smart T.V, with an office desk and chair for guests. Each room in the house consists of recessed lights. The kitchen and dining area come with all amenities including a water filtration system for drinking. No need for water bottles. The laundry room consists of an electric washer and dryer.
There is a 2 car park garage with space in the driveway. There is also a very large backyard, to relax and have fun. The house consists of its own security system with an alarm, and only outdoor cameras facing the backyard and the front yard.
