Here for work? Only 3 blocks from I-45 and HYPER fast wifi gives you access to the interwebs or the interstate so you can get work done with efficiency.

Here to AVOID work? Me too! Enjoy a romantic a nice dip and sunset from our cozy patio hot tub or catch a concert at Cynthia Wood Pavilion 5 minutes away!

Great little spot!

The tiny home was in a great location. My wife and I couldn't believe all the great amenities they could fit in such a tiny place! Check in was easy, the house was spotless, and we had no trouble with anything. The bed was incredibly comfortable. We were very impressed and will absolutely be staying again if we are in the area!

We stayed at this Tiny House to go to a concert at Cynthia Woods Pavilion. Very easy access to the venue. Very clean and safe location.

Cozy garage tiny house in a quiet neighborhood!

My sisters and I stayed here with one of my sister’s dog. This truly is a rare find being dog friendly and conveniently located to where we grew up! Check in was a breeze. This property has its own driveway and entrance to the garage tiny house. And wow! There’s a little hot tub that I did not see on the listing. We didn’t use it, but it was a nice touch! Everything was well appointed and great use of this tiny 400 square foot space. I would love to book this tiny house again!

Why they chose this property

This was a special dream of mine I'd always had. I'd never seen a tiny home that also actually had utility and felt truly like you could live in it without feeling cramped. I wanted something that WAS tiny but didn't FEEL tiny...if that makes sense. Thus the garage was born!

What makes this property unique

This is darn near a perfect tiny home! If you want a minimal space that been maximized to fit any persons needs, this is it! It is by definition a tiny home, but has the feel you would have in your regular sized home. It also has the unique benefit of being the only tiny home in this entire zip code! And don't get me started on the amount of privacy you have!
