This place was great! Clean, good location and perfect for a family. The pool was so much fun for the kids. I found the hot tub was plenty warm/hot despite what another reviewer said. Best of all their signage everywhere took all the guess work out of our stay- instructions for the hot tub, WiFi and even which towels to use for the pool! The keyless door entry was so easy and worked great which made check in easy peasy ( I’ve stayed other places that had temperamental key less entry but not this place!). We’d definitely stay here again!

This house was very nice. Well kept and the pool and hot tub was clean and perfect for the chilly nights we were there. Nice quiet neighborhood and with in a few min of The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavillion.

Very Nice

We were in town for a 50th wedding anniversary celebration. The house is perfect location for Woodlands activities. It's a 10 minuite Uber ride to bars and restaurants and the Hyatt where the big party was. The pool and hot tub was a great added bonus.

Wonderful Family Home

The layout was nice. Not huge but enough space for everyone, including our fur babies. The pool was a wonderful way to start the day and whenever I felt like swimming. The hot tub was not as hot as I would have preferred, but it really was not necessary. My family and I throughly enjoyed the house and our time there!

The location was good! Host responded quickly to our questions.. Love the coffee maker(s) the refrigerator and the fenced in backyard.fyi--the house was nice..it does need a good cleaning---especially the kitchen window. Please do not be offended---just some info for future guests: extra bath & hand towels, kitchen towels or a drying rack..some items are stained--such as the mattress pads/covers, rugs, and the couch. Heat/AC settings did not seem to work properly, front door lock (new battery?) takes a couple of times to use. Could use a couple of larger mugs... Thank you very much!!
