Nice place!

It was as advertised, very nicely remodeled apartment downtown Chisholm. A couple of suggestions would be to add a toaster and improve the insulation, it was very drafty and cold. The owner did leave space heaters in each room but they kept popping the breakers. Also, the light in the very steep stairway leading up to the apartment didn't work and couldn't be reached without a ladder to change the bulb. An added perk of this place is that it is about 2 blocks from a free electric car charger and grocery store.

Why they chose this property

My first time visiting Chisholm, MN was Dec 2021. I knew this place was special. Maybe it was the beautiful white snow, the super friendly people, or the abundance of fresh clean air! I was in Chisholm location scouting for an Independent film called Cash For Gold. Chisholm was PERFECT! We shot the film just a couple months later. On my journey I found this building and with my amazing partners (Lloyd and Hannah) we decided to revive the bakery and renew the apartment. Now, I truly have roots in this amazing little town and want to share my passion for it with you! You will be close to everything in Chisholm when you stay in this centrally-located apartment! The Red Head Bike course, The Discovery Center, The Miners Museum, MANY lakes and all this town has to offer!
