Your villa consists of 2 floors, 2 rooms (from which 1 bedroom), is 50 sqm and can accommodate up to 3 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your villa can be heated with central heating. The entrance is covered and leads over a terrace directly in the living room. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Cooking nook in the living room with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), refrigerator (20 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the terrace.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 baby bed, TV and The cot is available on request on site. Living room with 1 additional bed at couch/sofa and dinette. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your villa is equipped with WLAN- internet access, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Režanci. The villa is situated on a 100 sqm enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. It is located in a small Istrian village, Režanci, not far from Svetvinčenat and only 12 km from the west Istrian coast. The villa offers everything you need for a comfortable stay of up to three people. Wood and stone details dominate the beautifully furnished interior. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 1 car).
