It is located in a small Istrian village of Režanci, not far from Svetvincenat and only 12 km from the coast of western Istria. The villa offers everything you need for a comfortable stay for up to three people. Wood and stone details dominate the beautifully furnished interior. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 1 car).

Pool
All pools are available for exclusive use. Outdoor pool (usable from mid May to end of September, 4 m x 8 m, depth 1,40 m).

Shopping 200 m, restaurant 4 km, town center 7 km. Pula: railway station 25 km and airport 30 km. Main road 2 km. In summer: Adriatic Sea 12 km in Adriatic Sea (beach 17 km in Peroj featuring meadow, gravel, stones, rocks and bathing plateaus).

Ground floor: Cooking nook in the living room with dining area (4 seats), electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), dishwasher, fridge (20 l, icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the terrace.
1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 baby cot, TV and The cot is available on request on site. Living room with 1 additional bed on couch/sofa, dining area and access to the terrace (garden furniture). Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin and WC.
