This is a semi-detached house with its own entrance and no shared space.

No smoking in the house, on the deck, or in the backyard. Must be 15ft away.

Please be mindful, the neighbor next door has a medical condition is highly sensitive to smoke.

Trash day is every Wednesday

Guests will have access to the entire home except for a few closets, and cabinets that we have locked.

Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies.



Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.



Groups of visitors, and party size visitors are not allowed.

We are delighted to offer a pet-friendly property! If you wish to bring your furry friends along, there is a fee of $100 per pet per stay. Also, extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, $50 per person, per night.

We all enjoyed our stay and would do it again. It was very enjoyable to walk along the beach in the morning or evening, although it did smell like fish. House is a great location. Accommodations worked great for us. Host was quick to respond to any questions we had. Garage was blocked off from use but we were able to park on the driveway. Place was clean and comfortable.

You didn't have any patio furniture so we couldn't even sit in the backyard and the back yard was a mess, and the next door neighbor is very unpleasant. But other than that, it was very pleasant. And the view was awesome.

Appreciated the location in the view. Accommodations were comfortable and also appreciated having a plan pack and that it was pet friendly. Only suggestion I’d give is to include a child gate, as the stairs are pretty intense. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Everything was nice except the people who live to the right of the place. She wasn't very happy that the place is rented out . Trying to tell us that we couldn't use the side door. We never seen anything to that affect in the rule book. Other then that we were pleased with everything. Once again thanks.

Lovely Place - Great View

We had a great time at this lovely place. Close to local shopping with a great view of the ocean. Hiking was a bonus to the top of the local mountain. Hosts were very responsive and communicated excellent. When you are in the area this is a great place to stay. Had everything we needed and then some. Book this place and you will create some great memories like we did with our family.
