This beautiful holiday home is located on a small hill near the town of Ludbreg. Surrounded by vineyards, orchards and unspoilt nature, it offers you the perfect respite from city life. The attractive pool offers swimming fun for all, with views of the surrounding forest. On the ground floor there is a technical room and a tavern for tasting locally produced wines. On the upper floor there is a bathroom, a kitchen and a dining room with a living room and a covered terrace with a barbecue where you can enjoy delicious grilled dishes in the fresh air. The attic has two bedrooms with a minimum ceiling height of 100 cm. During your stay, be sure to visit Ludbreg, the baroque town of Varadin and the Varadin Spa, where you will find countless wellness offers and a water park for the little ones.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Die Zimmer sind alle sehr klein, in den Schlafzimmern ist nicht mal ein Schrank, die Betten sind sehr niedrig, die Matratzen waren gut. Der Wohn-Essbereich ist sehr beengt, kein SAT Fernsehen, keine Klimaanlage, die Couch, sowie die Stühle sind sehr unbequem, die Küche schlecht ausgerüstet, keine Kaffeemaschine, Geschirr meist dreckig. Das Bad sehr klein, kaum Platz für die Hygieneartikel, einzig der Pool ist wirklich gut. Dem Vermieter habe ich manchmal eine SMS geschrieben die er nicht einmal gelesen hat. Dieses Haus soll für max 5 Personen sein, uns war es zu zweit schon zu klein.

Super netter und freundlicher empfang. Bei ankunft wurde uns das gesamte gebäude und die wichtigen informationen gegeben. Einrichtung top und sauber, für ältere kinder ab 5 jahren eine super tolle lage. Jedoch ist bei jüngeren kindern die empfehlung ein reisebett und ggf ein hochstuhl mitzunehmen. Um abschalten zu wollen einfach eine perfekte lage.
