First, this property is clearly listed as a townhome, which means it is an attached residence rather than a standalone home. The shared outdoor spaces and laundry facilities are part of the property’s layout. Regarding the air conditioning, the upstairs bedroom mentioned does not have a window suitable for installing a window A/C unit. The listing does not advertise an individual A/C unit in every bedroom. As for the main living area’s A/C, we understand how frustrating an equipment malfunction can be, especially during warmer weather. However, we did attempt to communicate with you via text message. Upon further review, we discovered that the phone number provided with your reservation was not a working number, which unfortunately contributed to the communication difficulties. We worked to resolve the issue and ultimately relocated an A/C unit from an unoccupied neighboring property to restore cooling. We take guest comfort seriously and always strive to resolve maintenance issues as quickly as possible. While we regret that your experience did not meet your expectations, we also believe it is important to provide accurate context regarding the property description, our communication attempts, and the steps taken to address the situation.
