This lovely home in the heart of the city is a perfect getaway for couples, families, business travelers, and solo adventurers alike.
Quick access to freeways, downtown, Old Town, The Sawmill Market, and all hospitals. It's also within 5 minutes or less to great entertainment such as Top Golf, Revel Entertainment, and Main Event.

• Driveway parking for 4-6 vehicles depending on size
• Located by all of Albuquerque's best entertainment
• Quick access to all freeways, hospitals, Nob Hill, Old Town, and The Sawmill Market.

• Primary Bedroom - 1 king size memory foam mattress
• Bedroom #2 - 1 queen size memory foam mattress
• Bedroom #3 - 1 queen size memory foam mattress
* If booking with a seventh guest, we have provided additional pillows and blankets for the couch.

• Public Goods shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap (All organic and vegan products)
KITCHEN
• Fully stocked kitchen
• Equipped with all appliances (stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, and toaster oven)
• Stocked with dishes, silverware, glasses, wine glasses, and cookware
• Coffee maker, french press and electric water kettle are provided. We also stock the home with local New Mexico Pinon Coffee, single use creamer cups, two sugar options, tea, and honey

• Comfortable seating for 6
• 50” Smart TV with Hulu, Netflix, Disney +, Paramount, and HBO Max. (Must use individual login when accessing these apps)
DINING AREA
•. Large dining table with 6 chairs. - An additional chair is provided for reservations that have 7 guests.
PARKING
• Driveway parking for 4-6 vehicles depending on size
• There is additional free street parking in front of the house if needed.
HOUSE RULES AND POLICIES:
**We have a no shoe policy and kindly ask that you remove your shoes when in the home. There is a shoe rack in the front closet when you enter.
LOCAL RESIDENTS - We accept NM residents on a case-by-case basis. Please contact hosts prior to booking. We DO NOT allow parties or large gatherings of any kind. Due to insurance purposes, only guests on reservation are permitted to stay overnight at property.
EXTRA GUESTS - This home comfortably sleeps 6-7. Please ensure your reservation accurately depicts correct number of guests who will be staying at the home during your booking.
NO PARTIES - Parties, events, and gatherings are not allowed (unless previously agreed upon, in writing, at the time of booking and with additional deposit.) Please mention if you plan to have guests over who are not included in your reservation.
SECURITY CAMERA - Please note: There is a Ring security camera facing the driveway and front door. THERE ARE NO OTHER RECORDING DEVICES ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY.
QUIET HOURS - Quiet hours between 10pm-8am. Please be respectful of our wonderful neighbors.
RESERVATION ALTERATION REQUESTS: Please note, that we don't accept alterations to reservations two weeks prior to start of booking.
NO SMOKING OR DRUG USE- Smoking and drug use is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
PESTS - The house is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to keep it spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.
PET FEE - Dogs (2 dog maximum) are welcomed. (We accept cats on a case by case basis so please inquire with hosts before booking). Please add your furry travel companion to reservation when booking. The fee does apply to ESAs per Airbnb's policies, but does not pertain to registered Service Animals. An additional $50 pet fee will be added to your reservation. While we are total animal lovers ourselves, this additional fee helps us account for additional wear and tear and the added cleaning that takes place following checkout so we can ensure the space is thoroughly free of pet hair for future guests who may have pet allergies.
(Please note: an additional $50 pet fee will be requested if you're staying longer than a week).
