About this property

Enjoy watching the morning sunrise over the water with your coffee. Spend your afternoons down by the dock or floating on the water and evenings by the fire pit! The house has a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, 2 living areas, bar and pool table room. Covered porches are located on the front & back of the house to enjoy rain or shine.

This spacious home is set on a private 2.5 acre wooded lot.

There is a covered, single slip V-Hull boat dock with tie ups on the sides for pontoon boats. Please note: There is a paved path down to the dock. The home is located in a more hilly area of the lake, so this is a steep walk to get lake side which may not be suitable for elderly or those with mobility difficulty.

A Great Lake Hartwell Retreat!

This a great lake house on a quiet cove! It easily accommodated several families with room for us all to spread out! Beautiful property on a beautiful lake - just what we needed for a birthday/reunion weekend!

Amazing homes/stay

The house has every to offer, lake access/dock, pool table, games, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, etc. Hopefully we get the opportunity to book this home again!

Extended family Lake Weekend

Beautiful location. Very large, wooded lot on deep water with a great dock for swimming and boating. House on three levels provided both space and privacy for our 12 family members. We particularly enjoyed the pool table and the fire pit. The host even went the extra mile and provided s’more ingredients for our evenings around the fire. This was our third annual lake weekend and I think everyone agrees, this was the best location so far.

Perfect Thanksgiving Spot

Large and spacious house with room to spread out when needing a break for family. Large closet space. Well stocked kitchen with all you need for a Thanksgiving feast. Bar, mini-fridge, and full sized fridge down stairs plus another stove top again make it great for family meals. Game room and even games for kids make it a fun experience. Property manager extremely helpful. Paved road all the way to house and plenty of parking. Dock, outside fire pit enhance the stay. Less than 2 hours from ATL make it a great holiday site without having to drive for hours. Quite at the end of a private road was wonderful get away. Great instructions for operating TV. We all agreed we would return

Why they chose this property

My husband's family has been coming to Lake Hartwell for as long as he can remember. Our 5 kids have grown up on this lake. Family members have homes near by and we were fortunate to find this perfect location with a home that fits our large family! Once we arrive to this peaceful place, we have a hard time going home!

What makes this property unique

This home has so much space to spread out, have time together, and time apart! We love to watch the deer, fox, woodpeckers, and other various critters who we share this property with!
