Beautiful house! Hosts have done a great job with the updates they’ve done, it looks like a brand new house and everything was absolutely spotless! My only suggestion is there aren’t any lights (or any that we could find) on the downstairs porch and by the fire pit. Would love to stay here again!

I have rented this property several times and this year was pleasantly surprised by the update the property received on the main floor and the grounds. I love what the owners have done with the property and will definitely be back. This place is very peaceful and private. It is a place to disconnect from.

This house is incredible. We stayed with our three grown sons and their wives. Everyone had their own room and bathroom for space and privacy, but there were several areas to spend quality time together. You will be so glad you stayed here. Clean, spacious and accommodating, friendly hosts. We have already booked for next year!

This was a gorgeous location with comfortable outdoor furniture on each level, which we loved! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

This home was great for our 3 couples. Each bedroom had it own bathroom which was a must for us. Lots of seating inside and outside. The screened porch made a day extremely enjoyable. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of cookware, plates and utensils. The host was quick to answer any questions we had. We will plan to stay again for sure.

Fun Weekend Getaway

Our Happy Place II is an amazing property. The beds were so comfortable and the layout fit our two families to perfection. The downstairs area with the games was great for our teenagers and young adults. We will be back.

Another Great Trip

We recently stayed at this property for the third time and it has always been perfect. The house is clean and has a great setup for multiple couples with each bedroom having a full bath. Fishing is great off the dock and the 35 minute ride to Clemson isn’t bad either. Looking forward to another stay!

Our Happy Place II is a spacious, lovingly-decorated lakefront home on Lake Hartwell. The hosts equipped the home with everything a guest might need or want.
