Great house with fun amenities! The couches and beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the kids had a great time with the bikes and games. Location was great, we plan to stay here again!

This property was perfect for our stay in Sunriver. The basement gave the teenagers a place to hang out while the adults slept soundly upstairs. It came equipped with everything we needed including bikes, hot tub and Sharc passes. It was spacious, comfortable and not too far from the village. Check in and out was super easy. Would highly recommend!

We loved the location ! Beds were great! Family room with ping pong a plus. Shuffeboard was missing sand so we were unable to use it. Overall a nice home to stay in

Great location

Everything was absolutely amazing. The location is within bike distance of the water park. There are bikes for every single member of the family. The playroom is perfect for young kids and teenagers. Both the king and queen beds were pretty uncomfortable; besides that, it was perfect for our family.

Great house for kids!

The house was clean and well stocked, and had all the amenities we needed. The downstairs area was great for games and an extra space for the kids and teens to hide away. The sunroom was pretty warm even with the ceiling fan and small table fan, but was able to cool down at night for those that slept in there. Overall a great experience and would love to go again!

Great property- just needs a little work

Overall this is a great Sunriver rental. Really great location near the Shark, with a big open great room, nice outdoor space overlooking the golf course, and a fun downstairs bedroom and gameroom for kids. The kitchen is a bit on the small size, so if you are cooking large group meals this could be an issue. But really there are just two problems that are very fixable. First the beds and bedding are AWFUL. So bad. Mattresses are hard as a rock and sheets/pillows are cheap and scratchy. Since being able to sleep on vacation is a plus- this was a definite issue for literally everyone in our group outside of our six year old who can sleep anywhere. I hope the owner will consider investing a bit more to make things comfortable. The only other issue was the chairs and couch in the living room. They are heavily stained and just look dirty. I think at the price point for this house it is fair to expect furniture that can be wiped down or cleaned in between guests. A lot of rentals we have had before have leather furniture for this reason. If those things are fixed I would give this a 5/5.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kids absolutely loved the game room—it kept them entertained and was definitely a highlight of the trip.One of our favorite parts was the wildlife right outside the deck. We saw deer, squirrels, and blue jays regularly, which made the stay feel like a true getaway in nature. It was so relaxing to sit outside and enjoy the scenery and wildlife. We’d definitely stay here again!

We come to Sunriver every year with our 3 kiddos and my sister and her kiddos. House was perfect for our two families! Location was great being a quick bike ride to the village and the SHARC. Kids loved the hot tub and ping pong table! Being backed up to the golf course made it a nice quiet location. Would highly recommend with families with kiddos!
