The Space:
Aerial Ridge is an exquisite log home nestled at the top of a ridge in the beautiful Smoky Mountains of Western North Carolina. You will be mesmerized by the breathtaking year-round views from this private, yet not secluded home located on over an acre in the pristine Cataloochee Ranch Estates. Aerial Ridge is a piece of heaven in the clouds at 3400 feet elevation. Aerial Ridge has enough space for the entire family with three levels, three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, plus and half bath.

The main floor boasts an open floor plan complete with a well-appointed modern gourmet kitchen with new upgrades, lighting, and appliances. Also, on the main floor is the master bedroom with a king bed, full bathroom, great room, dining room with seating for ten, half bath and laundry room. Upstairs you will find a queen bedroom with full bathroom, and a spacious loft including its own TV as well as a sitting area with a beautiful view of the mountains. On the lower level you will find another bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, and a den/playroom. The playroom features a 49” smart HDTV, puzzles, playing cards and board games for all ages. Bring your Xbox or PlayStation and your favorite video games. When you need a break from playing games, hiking, or sightseeing, enjoy a long soak in the bubbling hot tub. The spectacular Mountain View can be enjoyed while lounging on the deck or relaxing in the hot tub.

Aerial Ridge is a comfortable and roomy vacation home offering Wi-Fi, satellite HDTV, central heat/AC, gas fireplace, hot tub, playroom, charcoal grill, washer/dryer, and endless hot water from the “on demand” hot water heater and breathtaking mountain views.

Aerial Ridge is the perfect vacation rental whether you are coming to see the Smoky Mountains, or to visit the famous Biltmore Estate, explore Maggie Valley, visiting the Wheels Through Time Transportation Museum, or hoping to see the Elk at the Cataloochee Valley. The central location of Aerial Ridge puts it less than four miles from I-40 for easy access to Asheville, the Smokies, and Gatlinburg. See the elk, bears, deer, and wild turkey in Cataloochee Valley just twelve miles away. Make a day trip to the Blue Ridge Parkway (17 miles away), Cataloochee Ski Area (17.5 miles away), Biltmore Estate (34 miles away), or Harrah’s Casino in Cherokee (27.6 miles away). Rafting in the Smokies in Hartford, TN is just 28.5 miles away. Explore a multitude of hiking trails of all levels, abundant fishing locations, and spectacular waterfalls throughout the area. Guests have access to the entire house (minus the locked owner's closet) via keypad entry

We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process. Your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay, stating that they agree with and acknowledge:
- to abide by our rental terms and conditions.
- to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $50, paid via SUPERHOG
- the waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.
