BRAND NEW SWIM SPA WAS INSTALLED ON JUNE 20. NEWLY RENOVATED INTERIOR & EXTERIOR! Sleeps up to 14. Peek-a-boo Gulf views and a 2 min walk to the beach. Interior features spacious kitchen and dining area and 2 separate living rooms to keep adults and kids happy. Main level bedroom is a bunk room with a full sized bunk bed (can sleep up to 4). Bunk room connects to the 2nd living room and a full bathroom. Upstairs you'll find 3 comfy suites each with their own private full bathroom and deck/balcony access. Laundry is also upstairs. Take a quick stroll to the beach...spend the day in the sun...then enjoy the evening at one of the most relaxing homes on the Cape.

Family Vacation

Jason and Casey were excellent host and very attentive. The house was in an excellent location, very clean and big enough for the whole family to have their own space. Enjoyed the pool and the hot tub when taking a break from the beach! Would definitely recommend renting and look forward to staying here again!

Family vacation

This rental met all of our needs. Jason responded promptly to questions, concerns, and requests. It was a great location for 3 families to meet from GA, TN, and NC. This family vacation included parents, adult kids, and grandkids. The location was perfect for families-quiet, peaceful, and a short walk to beach from the unit. The pool was an added bonus and enjoyed by all. The kitchen was well equipped as we prepared and ate all meals there. There was plenty of room for everyone-5 adults/7 kids. We would definitely rent again.

Family vacation

The house was in a great location. Close walk to the beach and close to the boat ramp in the state park. Beach was great, not crowed. House was very clean and newly remodeled. Loved the 2 living room especially with the kids. Nice large kitchen and bedrooms were nice spaces with there own bathrooms, big plus! Will definitely stay there again!

Beautiful House With Great Amenities and Amazing Views

This home is one of the best in the Cape San Blas area! Everything you need is included in this lovely ocean view, four-bedroom, four bath, home with a hot-tub, swimming pool, gorgeous kitchen, plus 2 family rooms to entertain everyone within your group. We took a leap of faith and booked a home with 0 reviews and I am so glad we did. You will not be disappointed by staying at this beautiful location. The beach is just right around the corner from the house which was a huge plus for the little ones in our group. The neighbors were all friendly and the beaches un-crowded. We had double red flags our entire stay so the fact that the house offers so many amenities was a huge bonus. I had a great communication line between the owners and myself so anything I had questions about were answered promptly. I would definitely book again!!

Amazing Location

This location is in a very good spot. A very short walk to the beach and you can see the beach from the house. Online it looks like it is a longer walk than it is. We were very happy with that when we got there to see how short it was. The whole house is nice and clean. Everything is updated. Showers were amazing and beds too! The owner was easy to get in touch with and replied right back with any questions. Very friendly and nice people. If your wanting a nice, clean house and short walk to beach this is the Place. I would recommend to any of my friends and family and especially with little ones. Loved getting to build a fire on the beach. You can also ride a golf cart or 4- wheeler on the beach to drop off your chairs and tents which was very handy. You do have to carry it back to the house and park it, it can not stay on the beach without a permit. Shells galore and big as my hand. 10 out of 10. We had the Best Time.

No chain restaurants. Just a friendly, easy going beach community that you will fall in love with the second you arrive.
