The approximately 90 square meter living space on the ground floor is reached by five outside steps and offers a living room with upholstered furniture, a fireplace and a flat screen with satellite TV. The habitable kitchen has a four ring gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, toaster and microwave. An espresso machine (classic espresso maker) available.
