Authentic documents speak about construction from the beginning of the 19th century.
Oval stone arches within the building a rare example of indigenous construction in this area.
The house is located in little village Mavrići, 3,8 km away from Crikvenica. For swimming in the sea there are beautiful beaches of the Crikvenica Riviera. House is located In Vinodol valley known for loolouts named VINODOL'S EYES ,Tribaljs lake, grand and great FRANKOPAN's castle, birthplace of JULIJ KLOVIĆ- world famous painter well known as Michelangelo of miniatures , vineyard plantations near the winery PAVLOMIR and other tourist offers: riding, paragliding, bicycling ...We consider that the architecture and position of the house are exceptional, rarely seen environments for very quality holidays.
