Your holiday home offers: 2007 completely renovated 8-room house in a beautiful green area, with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain landscape, on a completely fenced property (pets are welcome). Large garden with 700 square meters of sunbathing lawn, swimming pool, garden furniture, barbecue and deck chairs. Garage, parking spaces and bicycle storage available. Sauna house included. Bread service possible.
Nearby you will find a grocery store after 250m, a restaurant 300m away and the bus stop 250m away.
The summer toboggan run in Mieders offers fun for all ages (40 steep curves, over 2.6 km in length and 640 meters in altitude). The route, which takes advantage of every edge of the terrain, gives the breathtaking feeling of flying just above the ground. The state-of-the-art 8-person cable car is already waiting for you at the bottom, which will take you quickly and comfortably back to the start at Koppeneck at 1,620m.

Perfekt

Ein so komfortables Haus mit 10 Leuten zu finden ist nicht einfach. Mit der Unterkunft hatten wir, von der Ausstattung bis zum äußerst netten und unkompliziert zuvorkommenden Vermieter einen Volltreffer und werden bestimmt versuchen nochmal dort unterzukommen.

Schöner Ferienaufenthalt

Wir waren 4 Familien mit Kindern (5 Erwachsene und 6 Kinder) und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es gab in mehreren Schlafzimmern Fernseher. Einen riesigen Fernseher im Wohn-/Esszimmer, an dem auch die Playstation angeschlossen werden konnte. In der Küche war eigentlich alles vorhanden, was man so standardmäßig braucht. Wir haben jeden Tag für alle gekocht. Einziger Nachteil: der Ofen hat nur Ober- und Unterhitze und keine Umluft, sodass man nicht 2 Bleche gleichzeitig in den Ofen schieben konnte. Super waren die beiden Kühlschranke und das Gefrierfach. Da haben wir wirklich alles untergebracht. Die beiden Bäder mit Dusche waren sauber und auf jeden Fall praktisch für so viele Leute. Die Toilette im Untergeschoss konnten wir nicht nutzen, da die Türe nicht geschlossen werden konnte und es gab dort auch kein Waschbecken zum Händewaschen. Toll war aber die Infrarotkabine im Keller. Der Garten war super, denn die Kinder konnten trotz des nicht so schönen Wetters raus. Dort gibt es einen gemauerten Grill und ein fest verschraubten Pavillon. Im Sommer kann der wirklich große Pool genutzt werden. In der Nähe gab es auch einen Spielplatz und die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Hofer, Bäcker, etc) ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Vielen Dank an Gudrun, die uns sehr nett empfangen hat, uns ein paar Tipps gegeben hat und immer für uns erreichbar war. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tolle Skiwoche

Eine großzüge Ferienwohnung, die keine Wünsche offen gelassen hat. Wir waren dort mit 6 Personen. Vier Doppelzimmer, ein Einzelschlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer mit großem Eßtisch und Klavier bieten aber noch Platz für mehr Gäste. Zum Skifahren waren das Skigebiet Schlick 2000 und das Gletscherskigebiet bequem zu erreichen. Die Vermietung war unkompliziert und alles war sehr sauber. Schön war auch der Garten mit Grill. Ein toller Urlaub.
