Surrounded by a large and well-kept garden with table, chairs and barbecue for outdoor meals, the house offers two living areas and two kitchens on the first floor, while the bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the second floor. The house consists of two living units that are not internally connected. Some rooms have an equipped panoramic terrace where you can relax with a magnificent view of the sea and the Gulf. A large and inviting veranda with a direct view of the cliff makes this place the perfect solution for an unforgettable vacation. This is also an ideal starting point to visit this part of Calabria, rich in natural and cultural beauties. From here you can reach in a short time the most famous tourist resorts such as Soverato, the "Pearl of the Ionian Sea" and center of social life thanks to its seafront promenade with clubs, discos and restaurants or the characteristic historical center of Stalettì, from where you can admire a panorama from Isola Capo Rizzuto to Punta Stilo.
