Nice property located close to campus. Mints from the mall and local cuisine. Newly renovated. Hard wood floors and carpet in two of the bedrooms. Plenty of room for parking. Smaller home but very cozy.

Great one night stay for football.

I was able to get this place for one night at a reasonable price for the Iron Bowl. The property was conveniently located to the stadium and tailgating. My sister in law left her wedding ring and was able to promptly get in contact with the owner to find it for her. Will be looking to rent this place again. War Eagle!!!

Like staying at a friend’s house

The location was good and the house had plenty of room for us. It is attractively furnished and comfortable. It was close to campus and very convenient. Owner was extremely accommodating about check in and out. However the homeowner’s personal items were all there including toiletries, clothing and food. It was a bit off putting. I felt like they had just left for us to come and then would be back as soon as we left. It was more like staying at a friend’s house than a rental property. The cleaning seemed a bit hurried and “lived in” feeling. But overall the experience was very positive. I would stay there again.

Great place to stay!

The property owner was very helpful from beginning to end. Communicates in a timely manner and always courteous. I will definitely be staying here again. I would recommend to all my friends and family!
