Vacation Apartment "Casa Rustica"
The "Casa Rustica" is part of the former "Tenuta Mezzorecchio" winery, where the wine barrels were stored years ago. The property is located just above Santa Maria di Castellabate in the middle of a 10,000 m² Mediterranean garden.
A total of 10 apartments are spread over the former main house and the three outbuildings.
The "Casa Rustica", renovated with great attention to detail in the Cilentan style, is located on the ground floor of the former manor house. A staircase leads from the approx. 40 sqm living-dining area to the spacious sleeping gallery. The bathroom with shower / toilet is also on the ground floor. The apartment has a covered and furnished terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and the hills of the Tresino peninsula. With a size of approx. 62 sqm, the apartment is suitable for up to 3 people.
Thanks to the cozy interior, the well-equipped kitchen, heating, fireplace and the equipment with satellite TV, CD player and WiFi, you can feel comfortable in the Casa Rustica even in the cooler season.
